Multi-Link Recruitment is a fast-growing recruitment company. Their focus is to work with organisations to increase the quality and speed of their recruitment by integrating best practices and resource planning, allowing their clients access to top level talent for both temporary and permanent roles. Their specialist sectors combine industry acumen complemented by a national talent pool to source niche high calibre professionals.
Having no previous website, the core objective for Multi-Link Recruitment was to establish an online presence, and start marketing within the digital sphere. Critical to their success was the need to reflect the experience of the staff and the business, and include available job roles for applicants from day one. They also wanted to reflect the industries and sectors that they worked in, allowing applicants to easily access roles in their applicable sector. The website also needed to establish a Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) presence, allowing the business to be found in searches.
We designed the website so that each industry that Multi-Link operate in had both unique branding and a unique colour scheme in its section. This allows applicants to easily distinguish which industries they are searching in and ensures that the roles they are searching for are relevant to their skills and experience.
In each industry section, there is a search feature, which then allows filtering of the roles available by contract length etc using a PHP filter. Each job role page has an ‘Apply Now’ button which allows the application to be sent directly to the recruiter responsible, rather than a generic inbox. The website also incorporated information for employers looking to recruit, as well as testimonials from companies who had fulfilled roles through Multi-Link.
The new website has provided Multi-Link with a holistic platform on which to advertise their open vacancies and canvass new business from employers. The integrated search, filter and direct application systems have allowed the website to be easily usable by applicants. As a result of our work, Multi-Link has gone from being a start-up to an established business with a growing client base.
