Alan Maris Windows is a company committed to delivering the highest standard of service and provide the most cost effective solutions to all of their customers requirements. They have over 10 years of continuous trading with the vast majority of our work comes from personal recommendations. The company offer windows, doors, conservatories along with other products and services.
Their previous website was around 5 years old and – I’m sure they will forgive us for saying, it looked it! This meant that they needed a new website which was responsive in order to allow their customers to view it on multiple devices. It needed to include all of the previous content, but be refreshed and updated with the new services that they now offer. One specific request that Alan had was for a visual breakdown of the different door colour swatches that are available, including filters for different categories / price brackets.
Looking over the previous site, we advised that the new website included a number of imagery of work they had done, as this would reassure customers of the great work they had done previously.
This meant though that the images couldn’t be stock and had to be high quality imagery which would go along with updated copy to compliment each other well. As mentioned above Alan wanted something to show the array of door colour swatches available, we researched and developed a freewall that would alter the blocks depending on category but also responsiveness of the website. This would allow the browser to select specifically the category they wanted and see which swatches were relevant.
Overall the website has re-introduced Alan Maris Windows as one of the premier door, window and conservatory tradesmen in the midlands.
